This year the GP Trainers' Conference focuses on Values Based (R)evolution.

There will be a variety of seminars and workshops to enthuse, support and inform you. Importantly the conference provides a unique opportunity to network with GP training colleagues in Devon & Cornwall

This year, the GP Trainers Conference will be held at The Headland Hotel in Newquay.

Registration:

Please click here to download your delegate booking form. Please send your Delegate Booking Form along with your payment in full to the address below in order to secure your booking.

Please be aware that in order to secure your booking, receipt of your completed booking form and payment in full is required. Confirmation of your place at the GP Trainers Conference will only be sent once both of these have been received.

Parking:

There is parking available at the venue however a permit will need to be obtained from reception upon arrival in order to avoid any undue fines.

Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the driver to ensure they collect and display a permit.

Costs:

Residential Delegates: £350.00

Day Delegates (Thurs 8th November): £90.00*

Day Delegates (Fri 9th November): £90.00

(*An additional cost of £30.00 will be required for day delegates only who wish to attend the evening meal.)

 

All costs include content, refreshments and lunch.

 

Payment:

Payment can be made via cheque and needs to be made payable to: Health Education England. Please note we do not accept payment via BACS

Payment will be required in advance in order to secure your booking.

Last day for cancellation is Friday 5th October 2018 at which point we will no longer be able to offer refunds as per the Hotel's cancellation policy.
