AKT and SCA Support Resources
The SPEX team have secured a number of Fourteen Fish exam support products for eligible Doctors in Training across the South West. These products are fully funded by SPEX and will expire when the relevant exam has been successfully passed. Please see the table below which describes the products, who is eligible and how to access:

Trainee Complete Licence | Access to RCA Plus package, AKT package and 200 recording minutes. | All SPEX1 Doctors in Training (DiTs) from March 2023 onwards | The SPEX admin team will automatically set up access for all DiTs on the SPEX1 programme |
RCA Plus Package | FourteenFish Website | All DiTs on SPEX2 cohorts from March 2023 onwards. | The SPEX admin team will automatically set up access for all DiTs on the SPEX2 programme. |
AKT Package | FourteenFish Website | All DiTs that have had an unsuccessful attempt at the AKT are entitled to request a copy. |
After an unsuccessful attempt at the AKT, DiTs can request access via this MS form. They can also request access directly with the SPEX team on england.spex.sw@nhs.net. |
