This year, the GP Trainers' Conference focuses on Tomorrow's World: Sustainable Healthcare for the Future.

There will be a variety of seminars and workshops to enthuse, support and inform you. Importantly, the conference provides a unique opportunity to network with GP training colleagues from around Devon and Cornwall.

The GP Trainers' Conference will be held at The Headland Hotel in Newquay on Thursday 7th November - Friday 8th November 2019. 

 

Updates for 2019

Please be aware that all accommodation bookings must be made and paid for directly through the hotel. We will NOT be accepting or making any accommodation bookings for any conference delegates.

Please call +44 (0)1637 872211 or email reservations@headlandhotel.co.uk to make your accommodation arrangements. Quote 'GP Trainers' Conference 2019' when booking to receive the correct room rate. More information on the Headland Hotel can be found here.  

Registration and payment for the conference itself will all be done online.

PLEASE NOTE: Booking your hotel room does not automatically register you for the conference. 

 

Registration -

BOOKINGS ARE NOW CLOSED. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THE HOTEL UNLESS YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED PLACE AT THE CONFERENCE

 

Costs and Payments

Day Delegates (Thurs 7th November): £90.00*

Day Delegates (Fri 8th November): £90.00

*(An additional cost of £36.00 will be required for delegates who wish to attend the evening meal)

 

All costs include content, refreshment, and lunch.

Payments for conference registration must be done using our online payment system. We will not be able to accept payment by cheque. Once you have completed the online booking form, the payment portal link will be sent to you for payment by credit/debit card. Upon receipt of this payment, formal confirmation of your place will be sent to you. 

 

Cancellation Policy

The final day for cancellation and receiving a full refund will be 1st October 2019.
